Re: How to load saved settings in the first bootup?
Hi and
I must admit, i have no knowledge about fossapup at all, but booting should be common for all newer puppies.
Also i don't use savefiles/savefolders. But IIRC there is a bootparameter called psave you can use on the kernel command line. The value should be the partition:/path/name_of_save. The colon : is important!
If you boot off sdd1, you can try a file named SAVEMARK in your fossapup installation (sub)directory. It should be a plain text file with only the number of the partition. In your case it would be 2

Re: How to load saved settings in the first bootup?
Are you using the boot menu entry that is ram only? "fossapup64 9.5 - RAM only"
If yes.
That entry boots and does not use the save.
Should be using the first menu entry that is the normal boot.
The one that is just "Fossapup64 9.5"
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.
This is not what I expected

Re: How to load saved settings in the first bootup?
You did not tell how you installed fossapup64, but the image you posted shows grub2 with the configuration found in the .iso file.
If you did a cd installation to your sdd drive, it would be readonly (ISO9660). So there is no way to edit the boot config files.
One suggestion would be to boot in RAM (copy files to RAM) and reinstall puppy using one of its installers.
FrugalPup installer for example can take care of savefile/folder on other partitions.

Thanks for everyone but my problem was solved and I didn't do anything. When I turned the puppy back on, I saw the first registrations coming back but I don't know how İts ok for me.
