That is the Multilingual spoken "startup_welcome_alert_covid-mk7.pet"
in operation. It uses TTS for everything except the internet alarm
which uses an mp3.
In order to record it, I triggered it's (delayed) start prior to
starting the recording.
The full script and pet can be found here:

Thanks! Love this sort of stuff.
Yes, that adds a "modern" multimedia effect and, in my case, a welcomed subsystem, intelligently expressive. More and more, the modern PUPs might find this multimedia feature "a help" to many users.
For me, I look forward to these helpful messages signaling healthy aspects of the running system.
Idea
One of the annoyances that remains in Puppy Linux where users use the save-seesion as a file rather than a folder is when the file approaches/actually fills. Puppy needs an alert for that consequence thus a subtle audio tickler would be enough for most users to take action. The audio could also go so far as to suggest what to click to expand the session file.
Thanks @ETP for the many/several multimedia features you have brought to this distro and others in the kennel in your efforts leading to modernizing PUPPY use.
Its rather "forward-thinking" and inspirational.
