messed up x cant load save file-(solved)-tks

was changing windows manager and messed up x. i can only boot using ram only which boots a new install copy of puppy..note i can still access my save file.
what can i change in the save file to fix ./tks
note x doesnt even recognize the jwm.

could i just delete xorg.conf file in save

What were you doing and what told you something went wrong?

just trying gto add the xfce windows manager and when i rebooted x was screwed up. i know its fixable fixed it in ubuntu but puppy is not ubuntu. though didnt do it on purpose knowing how to fix errors is part of learning linux. and i have had my share

Good! Boot to that prompt, load and enter: echo "jwm" > /etc/windowmanager

Then go ahead and try xwin.
