XfPup: XFCE-4.16 ydrv for ScPup32 & ScPup64 etc.

Add XFCE-4.16 (mainly) to ScPup32 & ScPup64 & other pups by ydrv:

Fairly simple build with just the DE elements of XFCE (see next post).

Most components are version 4.16 from SlackwareCurrent
but
xfce-panel & plugins are 4.14 from ArchLinux
and systrayplugin is 4.12 from Slackware14.2

Reason: XFCE is moving to GTK3 only and abandoning GTK2 support.

64-bit XfPup is now available:

however............
for some strange reason there is an intermittent crash problem with the 64-bit version of Thunar in 4.16
(32-bit does not seem to have the same problem)
so the 64-bit ydrv also has PcManFM as an alternative file manager (and ROX-Filer).
