Someone was kind enough to previously prepare and publish the stark042 Icon theme which I often use.
I would have provided a link to the previous post but couldn't find it. So I've uploaded a copy. Many thanks to the original publisher.

You've just saved me the trouble of PM-ing you! I was about to ask where you'd obtained those drive icons from; I'm getting to the stage where I'm starting to fancy a change from my regular set.....after 4½ years or so, they're beginning to grate on me just ever so slightly, but even running dozens of websearches still hasn't thrown up anything I really like.
