you need to adjust the corresponding md5sum for your latest *B3 on page 1 - the hash you gave belongs to the *B2 version.

the lock on the drive is one thing - the other is: Audacity blocks you from using FAT/FAT32 disks for saving project files as they are limited to a maximum 4GB per single file and this can easily be exceeded when editing.

peebee releases several 64 bit puppies besides his 32 bit ones:
ScPup64, LxPupSc64, Voidpup64, (Archpup64) - I can see no "act of protest", he does not "promote" the use of anything special, he expresses only his personal preference.

You used the Frugal Installer from fossapup64 - which uses grub4dos as bootloader. This will not work with GPT drives. Use grub2...
