Puppy 528, Palemoon and Seamonkey

Hi! I occasionally use Puppy Lucid in a virtual machine. The browsers used under Lupu are Seamonkey 2.46 and Palemoon 27.9.4 (with glibc219). My question: is it possible to use more recent versions of Palemoon and Seamonkey? I did a lot of research on the subject but I was left unsatisfied ... Cordi...

@ oui EasyBuster 64 est préférable à EasyPup. Ce dernier est peu développé par Kauler. Simple avis de ma part, avec du «vieux» matériel en 64 bits, vous avez le choix d'installer des distributions légères tel que Bodhi ou Antix sans vous casser le cul pour obtenir et faire fonctionner des applis. Perso, pas un fan des Puppys «Slacko». Je préfère les Puppys «Ubuntu»...l'installation est habituellement sans problème.

I'm in Chrome 48 on Slacko6 which thankfully runs on it while Chromium hasn't. Slacko6 loads Firefox 38.8 exhibiting the same hiccups as Pale Moon (bad). Palemoon is a browser with ordinary performance. I prefer it over very old versions of Puppy. The portable version of Palemoon is sometimes useful on some versions of Puppy
