@dcung it's difficult, there's no general rule ,I think, how snaps are built, experimenting with different paths until it works (for portable) is probably the only way.
edit: perhaps last line without $LAUNCHDIR exec usr/share/cctv-viewer/cctv-viewer "$@"

dcung See my EDIT in previous post, it is the cursor theme you need to change, here's also "aero-drop". aero.tar.gz Extract and replace "aero" in ~/.icons and it should be fixed (may need a restart X) edit: posted at the same time, I see now you solved with Adwaita cursor theme....

dcung It may be because of the default theme (old Greybird theme, not completely supporting gtk3, I've put it on my todo list to fix that), same problem with synaptic.
