Re: KLV-BspwmCE-1.5 Stable

I'm not a big fan of tiling Window Managers. I have been using KLA-OT2baseCE 2.9 since it came out, which is an excellent release. Reading the KLV_BSPWM thread, I thought it would be well worth giving this release a spin. I downloaded the FR build script from the KLV_BSPWM 1.4 thread you have posted...

Re: AUDIO is missing when PC is connected HDMI

My experience is the complete opposite of your experience. On laptops with HDMI connections, sound defaults to HDMI as Card 1. Even if HDMI not used, the internal speakers are not default. Sound has to be directed to the internal speakers.

Running the unmodified desktop on large screen TVs is a challenge: The on-screen mouse is so tiny that it is hard to see. Re: How do I re-install Puppy to nvme drive?

Governor maybe this will help. The tilde ( ~ ) character is an abbreviation which is used to indicate the users Home directory. In the example of being the user root, /root can be subsituted with ~. Where a non-root user is the user the tilde would substitute for '/home/username' . So, ~/Downloads ...

Re: KLA-OT2baseCE-2.9 Stable release ( 995 MIB) Linux Kernel 6.4.11.arch2-1 - With Pamac package manager(AUR)

I did a new frugal install of this latest KLA-OT2baseCE-2.9. There is a minor issue, which was also occurring in 2.7, but it was easily overcome. The touchpad is disabled after booting. I changed the Touchpad Toggle script to not be executable, which rectified the issue. This is a brilliant release....

In BWP I get an update message box displayed, but it can be dismissed. I don't have any issue with it attempting to download.

I'm not in Puppy at present, maybe a setting change for auto update?

Great choice to include Flowblade as built-in in EasyOS 5.4.10. I haven't done a video project for some time, but used Flowblade a while ago for several projects, which was quite easy to learn, producing excellent results.

EasyOS 5.4.10 running very nicely. Thank you.

I don't currently have a FossaPup installation, the following may work on FossaPup. When I used to have problems with transparency, it was identified the actual program which sets the wallpaper is a program set_bg . There probably a better, more technical bit of advice to solve this, but can you just rename the savefile with the ext4 extension?

No, that would have been simple, but it doesn't work.
