Kein Sound mehr?

Heißt das, es gibt keinen Sound im Videoplayer, Audioplayer, Browser etc.pp., oder nur in bestimmten Programmen?

Re: I'm back, with a new account

Hi all, and thanks for the replies and wishes. I moved now successfully to my new home. It's still some chaos here but I feel well in my new home. Yesterday was the 3rd night sleeping here and it was just so wonderful and silent. In my old home I was not allowed to sleep more than 4 to 5 hours per ...

Hi. I have to announce that I have to pause my projects. By now it seems that I'm moving again around the first of September 2024. When I moved to my current home in January 2023 I was faced a lot of trouble from the very first day caused by other people living here. My 75 year old neighbor faced ...

Is this a typo in forum or typo in the name of the .sfs.
If it's a typo in .sfs name then it won't be loaded by the doubled underline.

1. But in understanding what you do, I take it that one puppy is using all of this. 2. With all the sfs's, do the sfs's contain just one app? Or do they contain many? 3. Do you just drop them into the puppy folder and they are automatically used? 4. Are you making an sfs for any new app you add? 5 ...

Re: add app shortcuts to taskbar ? (solved)

One of the problems with Linux is simply just that the names are different. toolbar versus tray, app launcher versus shortcut etc. but I'm getting there. Thanks to all ! Yes, this was also the most annoying thing to me in the beginning - besides the names of programs. It will get better, of course ...

How to add Rox desktop bars?

Hi.

I can't recall how to create additional menu bars (icon lists at desktop edges)
on the desktop in JWM / Rox file manager.

Any hints?

Thanks.

Maybe you'll be able to get apt working out of the box if you set BUILD_BDRV=yes in _00build.conf. Trying this now.

In my test built of Noble 64bit Woof-CE had this enabled by default.

AppImage is some sort of Program-Directory containing everything what's needed to run.
Maybe you'll need to make it executable after download - right-click and Properties.

Did I install them correctly and they just didn't work for BookwormPup64? Thanks You could use in a terminal which kdenlive to see if they are installed. Wir werden sehen...
