That's weird because it appears to be there on LIVE but not installed when using installer to HDD?

just installed the RC version, and like the project i misdownload, bash don't find apt command.
Synaptic name appear in the menu but no icon and no response.
I installed it directly ans haven't check in LIVE, will tell you.
It's a gorgeous distro and fast.

is it a new build that you put on Smokey01, was trying it and in last version 11/06/2023 apt is not present/working.
In beta2 apt worked in terminal.
It's really a nice work, like BarryK, i test a lot on VM so i like vmwgfx too.

Hi, i'm running 5.3.2 img in my SYNOLOGY NAS. The NAS OS is linux based. It runs a kind of modded QEMU vm manager with some options ( video card set to vmvga, HDD to SATA, legacy bios) and everything is working. I've tried setting video card emulation to vga and it's working too till 5.3.2.

i think a modded QEMU is used by synology to run vms.

try to set clock/time sometime it affect trusted verification between machine

the boot make a small stop at ''loading kernel modules'' then it's straight to the desktop. No more countdown, all resolutions are avaible.

Hi, installed the 5.3.2 on my synology VM, everything working fast and could change resolution with vmwgfx activated in kernel.
