Re: PeasyScale has disappeared from the right-click menu in Rox file manager

Mods. Might I suggest that the full subject be copied across to the 'HOW-TO' section of the forum for long-term viewing.

"UK watchdog looking into Microsoft AI taking screenshots. The UK data watchdog says it is "making enquiries with Microsoft" over a new feature that can take screenshots of your laptop every few seconds."

Yes, same here in the south-west UK, Gloucestershire. Extremely slow. It's ironic that I have to press the 'Submit' button!

@boof Perhaps it might be a good time to give details of your computer system? What is it specifically?
Hope the New Year brings relief from your computer problems.

Yes, a Merry Christmas to one and all.
P.S. The Christmas card was first posted to my grandmother in 1903 A.D.

Re: Is it time to reconsider putting Pale Moon browser in Puppy versions
I'm posting from Pale Moon 32.5.0 32-bit, Dell OptiPlex 760, 2.50 Mhz, and must say that for my modest requirements never had any problems with it. I'm satisified. What more can be said!

Re: Bionicpup32 extremely slow after running two days?
First, try and max out the RAM. Second, you haven't stated how you are utilizing Puppy over an extended period: is it browsing? If so, in whatever browser you are using, go into Preferences to control the amount of available cache, which otherwise does fill up the available space.

Re: How to create a ScreenShot keyboard shortcut? [F96-CE 4]
@ MrAccident Usually prntscrn (right of F12, upper keyboard) can do the job, opening up mtPaint. Sorry if my answer is vague, but it's difficult to give any further advice without prior knowledge of whether you have installed any specific screen-capture software.
