Further, the quality of the products that the forum produces are so good, today, that I FEEL many may view and use forum's offerings, with little forum interactions.

As a long-term Puppyonly user, I can only agree with this.

Re: Brother scanning - multiple models (Fossa64 Small only)

In theory should work for brscan3 models such as your MFC-8370DN (and I am hoping it won't break scanning on brscan2,4 and 5 models - i will test more over the weekend :) ).
Bookworm64 only.

mkdir /usr/lib/sane did the trick

Method:
- Load libusb-0.1-4 (I sourced the .deb file from https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/am ... 4/download)
- Load the attached .pet and follow the prompts.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me. See screenshots.
Run in Terminal did not produce any further error messages.

HI greengeek
So, as a temporary workaround - what is working for me so far is :
- load the libusb I mentioned above.
- Plug in the scanner (usb)
- Load my v2 pet(F6495Small version)
- Then have to link /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libwebp.so.7.1.5 as libwebp.so.6
- Run simple-scan

Works as ...

Hello jgg

Some time ago I installed a Brother MFC-l2700dw as a WIFI printer.
After skimming through the HL-l2350 manual, I suspect the process is similar.

What has worked for me has been to generally address network printers via their IP, although there are also other options.

If the SSID and password have changed on the new ISP router, then I suspect that the range extender cannot forward a signal in this state because it probably cannot connect to the router.

If the system partition is mounted multiple times, the deletion process should take place at the beginning.
Attached is a screenshot after I canceled the remastering process right after it started.

The system directory has already been deleted.
