I would suggest Thorium browser to integrate as installable AppImage. Its a quite fast, effective and more recent version of a Chromium fork as "ungoogled Chromium"

I tested jitsi successfully with an actual video call. Mic had to be unmuted in system audio settings and that's it. Great! Weird.... here jitsi meet launched with --no-sandbox runs smoothly, no black screen. But I haven't tested it with an actual video meeting because I didn't worked out how to grant access to mic and camera

When you install a package via the package manager, you would have to save the session at shutdown, otherwise it will be gone. Everything happens in RAM only, including installation of packages. Themes in firefox & firefox in container don't persist after a reboot, whereas addons and boookmarks do.
Those installed and activated themes don't even seem to be downloaded after a reboot!?

Deleting the files PuppyPin and PuppyPinBACKUP worked, thanks.
