haven't tried changing kernel yet but installed the pet file on slacko64-8.2.1 . nothing shown on simple network setup and network wizard.

tested on fossapup64-9.5 with rtl8821cu-fossa64k5453.pet . used simple network setup and network wizard. the message was as below .
the following new module has been loaded : 8821cu
no new interfaces were detected.

I used slacko v5.7 and am using slacko64 v6.3 and testing slacko64 v 8. I will turn to fossapup64 if slacko64 v8 does not have the driver . I prefer slacko puppy . sorry for inconvenience.

the installation of 8188eu_slacko64-k4.1.11.pet ends with a reminder that states blacklist rtl8188eu if unsuccessful .8188eu_slacko64-k4.1.11.pet is absolutely unworkable . rtl8188eu-64k4.1.11b.pet can work 3 out of 10 .rtl8188eu is a pain for slacko64 .I have a workable mt7601u adapter for slacko64 ...

rtl8188eu-64k4.1.11b.pet works on slacko64 6.3.0 after a few more tries .I don't know why .It really works .thanks.

grep firmware shows nothing .I think it is pointless to spend too much time on this cheap wifi adapter .Thanks anyway.

uninstalled the previous version and used the b version.tried three network connection wizards . simple network setup complains no wireless networks found. network wizard finds the wireless network but is unable to connect the wireless network. frisbee find the wireless network and complain invalid ...

this wifi adapter works on windows 10 beautifully. with the new pet file installed , it always complains no wireless network found on slacko64.
