How do you know what "most of us" assume? Take a look at the top of this board's edit screen. You see 13 Post icon ...

Re: Is it time to reconsider putting Pale Moon browser in Puppy versions

It is not only video streaming, recently, I installed Jammy 32 which includes some*light browser (do not remember the exact name), I could not load web.telegram, many companies perhaps do not offer 32 bit desktop versions of their software, but do offer web versions. I had to immediately download ...

Frugal Install from the iso made a few days ago,

Dunst is not notifying network changes, specifically when I use a VPN, for example , Fossa's dunst notifies the change from wlan1 to tun0, it is a really nice feature to have. It is a visual cue to the user to know if a connection to the VPN service ...

@rockedge , I had to reboot.
I used bootmanager to load everything that read ip6.
Kernel 5.10.200 #1 SMP

It works now.

I'm working on a yad front end for openvpn, with the configuration files ready to work with riseup VPN, sadly Jammy 32 does not seem to load the kernel module ipv6, which appears to be a requirement

I believe you need a simple script that executes rsync, then create a cronjob to automate it at certain time and day.

Re: EasyOS Dunfell-series version 4.2.2 released

Greetings,

I have managed to install EasyOS 4.2.2 in a usb dongle, in an ext4 partition. As a long time puppy linux user but with no experience in programming, and barely understanding what containers are supposed to do, I would like to raise an issue which I don't understand if it is a bug or a ...

Tenoch,

Do you still want OBS 27.1. for Puppy Linux fossa 64? I built it for version 27.1.3-39, with the browser plug-in as well, and packaged it as a SFS file. I did some quick tests and recordings, but haven't finished evaluating it's stability. If you would like this SFS, please let me know ...
