Re: DistroWatch needs a newer Puppy version listed for Puppy Linux!!!!!
@sonny
Not sure who you think you are....but be sure to remember you'll, if your lucky, be exactly in the same place. Sounds like being "old" is something you're concerned about being.
Biting the hand that feeds, eh sonny? Or is it now I'm thinking old and backwards?
I know that mentioning ...

Rejoice @wiak! 71 is considered young by today's standards.*
Accusing anyone here of age-ism = accusing Puppy Linux of age-ism

"When you're young, you look ahead. When you're old, you look back."
Dim, I can see a generational gap here.
The young are more visionary; the old are more nostalgic.
You guessed it: we have two distinct mentalities or mindsets in the kennels.
You can't teach an old 'puppy' new tricks ...

Xwayland for BookwormPup64
@dimkr
Dim, is it feasible to add the "Xwayland" flavor
to BookwormPup64 (i.e., in sfs)?
Note: After FP95, I really wanted to like "vanilladpup-10-xwayland",
but my loaded version of BP64 10.0.6 is just 'too reliable' to give up

the disk with the 'Friday bare-metal back up' (disk clone).
Dunno why lotsa attacks happen on Monday (in my experience).

AI is only relevant to people to remain productive and competitive (*"employed").
People who have the luxury of not being in the situation should not apply.

All projects here are 'other' projects. Puppy Linux as a single distro with a single branch of development history is long gone, and IMO it's time we stop pretending that 'Puppy Linux' is still a single thing and wasting time on keeping it alive on distrowatch. At the same time, I also think we ...

Did you install the pet and run Proton VPN from the menu?
I'm afraid my pet works per se.
It utilizes @OscarTalks's work (vpn-onoff).
Btw, did you try it on virgin FP95?
