Lat last night I was doing this -- you are correct, it was running from RAM.
It wqas also Slacko64 6.3.0 I ran downloaded from micko's site way back when.

I noticed /mnt/home is missing from Fossapup; iconfinder too.
As a brand-new user of Fossapup, I noticed some features have been altered from previous versions I have used (lately, Slackopup64 6.5.0 and a custom Tahrpup64). Notably, as in the title and also do not see iconfinder, which I used in earlier versions.

Tahrpup64 is old but still functional. ffmpeg is installed, no trouble with youtube on Firefox 60.9.0 esr. No kernel upgrade yet, but it's in the works.
IMO, those who cannot make it work have not tried hard enough.
