There seems to be some misunderstanding, i guess i was not clear enough in my post. While using slacko the screensaver was enabled but it would not kick in while watching a movie. So if i understand it correctly in Bookworm, if i want to watch a movie without interruption i have to disable the ...

screensaver is enabled. If i don't move the mouse or touch the keyboard the screensaver kicks in while watching a movie

Installed it on Slacko64-7.0
I just had to symlink /usr/lib/libwordnet-3.0.so to /usr/lib64/

I will only use puppy from thumb drive no installation on HDD. I've use Gparted on thumb drive only.
I just want to use the HDD for saving files (movies, music, sfs and pets etc..).

I was worried that bios might be affected.

I bought a 2nd hand Lenovo ThinkCentre M910s. I use a remastered slacko64 7.0 (no save file) on thumb drive. The HDD has 3 partitions ntsf. sda2 is windows 10 (I think) and on sda3 is a big recovery folder of over 400 MB. My question is the following: Is it safe to delete the 3 partitions and ...

I was unsuccessful with the pac files.
I tried my luck with privoxy again and found the solution here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Privoxy
Now even netsurf which doesn't have SOCKS5 capabilities is working fine.

Is it possible to use bluetooth in slack64-7.0
I tried the files from ppm (blueman and bluez 5.x) but couldn't figure out how to make it work.
I would like to use BT Headset and send an receive files. Is there a way to make it work?

My mistake !!
I forgot to mention it is a remastered Slacko64.7.0 with most of my preferences.
It is in PUPMODE=13 and when shutting down I just get the message saving session to () for a few secondes and the shutdown is completed

This is the way I solved the problem I'm using Slack64-7.0 and it also worked in Slacko-64-6.3.2. Frugal with no save file. If the sfs is not on usb or home it will always copy. So to solve the problem I've created a home folder /mnt/home which does not exit in Slacko64-7.0. I just create a symlink ...

mistfire I couldn't make it work through pmusic. The only way I could come up with, add the stations to favorites in pmusic then manually copy them from /root/.pmusic/favorites and add them to smplayer open / radio /edit.
