I have two usb sticks with EasyOS 4.5.3 on them .One with Ventoy on it. Ventoy comes up but will not load. You can create a xenialpup64 bootable USB using ventoy. (Most of 32bit Puppys don't work...) I actually tried it today. FP64, BP64, and XenialPup64 will all work in UEFI PC, but Tahrpup64 does not boot from Ventoy USB. Although dd command works in almost all linux but not with puppy... 1. download ...

Yes 7.5 is a better option .
