@Grey I have no idea what the post said. I never read it or knew it even existed. I have other problems.

So I pay the penalty? Sounds hurtful.

@geo_c I usually just did the conversion in a /root/Build directory, and let it rip. Then cleaned up which is not much.
I am in Boulder Colorado at the moment but will be home Saturday night!

@HerrAbisZ, I don't know much about Ventoy, but it sounds like you have it almost started.
What happens when the machine is rebooted and Ventoy restarted?
@Clarity knows a lot about booting Puppy Linux ISO's on Ventoy on USB drive. He will see this and help us.

Re: issue with rox/pinboard
This has a syntax error,
Code: Select all
rox -p=Default
it should be:
Code: Select all
rox -p default &
I have also done this before, wiping out the pinboard. The original is always in the root file system SFS.
What were you doing when or before it happened?

Re: Broadcom WL drivers
@fbagnato You will need to load the kernel sources SFS for the kernel 5.15.148 you are running in S15Pup64!
This SFS supplies the kernel source that the driver will be compiled against.

Re: Trimming Large Firmware Collection to Create fdrv SFS
While looking around I ran across a firmware package for a Linux kernel for drivers for automobile devices......
https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=38935
Goes to show what OS is running in the car's computers.
