Re: Seamonkey email error msg: Not enough disk space.

What a drag it is - getting old!

I was looking at the save file space remaining but not the partition space. Checking, just now, the partition is full.

Duh!

Re: Seamonkey email error msg: Not enough disk space.

Yes. After deleting a raft of emails and compacting I still get the same message.

The mail folder is /mnt/home/mail which contains two folders so should be no issue with space.

Seamonkey email error msg: Not enough disk space. (Solved)

I have a Bionic32 frugal install using seamonkey email. The mail folder is in /mnt/home symlinked from the original location so there is plenty of disk space.

This morning checking the email I get an error message:

"Alert
There is not enough disk space to download new messages. Try deleting old ...

My BookwormPup64 shares the same partition as Fossapup64 so used it to download the mediafire upload of mikewalsh that I tried originally and used FossaPup to install. I now have "Join a Meeting" and "Sign In" messages.

Thank you both.

@Mercedes350se :-

O-kay. I know some people have "issues" downloading from MEGA.nz, so.....I've updated the Zoom-portable, and have uploaded it to my MediaFire a/c. You can find it here:-

@mikewalsh
@ozsouth
@mikeslr Thank you all for your input.

To explain a bit further we will be passive viewers - no camera, microphone.

I have FossaPup (frugal install - not sure as I type this which version) so will download and install to it.

Re: ZOOM 'portable' - v5.10.0.....with updater!

@mikewalsh

I really need to installl Zoom - MIL's funeral

I am using a frugal install of BionicPup64, specifically installed Firefox 119 and tried on numerous occasions to download your Zoom portable without success.

Simple question: What do I need to do to install Zoom successfully?

Thanks for the link but I already have the 32 bit versions - I am after the 64 bit that will produce a game that looks like the Freecell in amethyst's screenshot.

How to run 32-bit programs on this Pup? Abandoned

I would like to run some 32 bit programs that I would prefer not to live without on this frugal install.

However I have fallen over at the first - SMM email checker. I have brought this forward, probably from 3.01, up to Bionic32.

I am currently getting:

Re: oneroomstreaming problem

Why are my streaming sites not loading?
Internet buffering problems are usually caused by one of three issues.
Your internet connection is too slow to keep up with the incoming data.
The streaming provider can't send your device the data it needs fast enough.
Your home WiFi network is slowing ...

@ Mercedes350se

I know this does not solve your 'internal' problem, but it could be a workaround.

You could then use VLC's video capture / stream facility.

I assume click Media>Open Network Stream...>enter the site URL>Play

If that is the case then no joy.

My machine is a Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF.

Hardfinfo reports:

I have renamed my hosts file and tested, turned off firewall and tested, both the former and tested - still no joy.

I then use Chromium in these cases and it works (even with the older version 90 I have).

I would expect that the site would be Chrome optimised. I have tried everything I can think of but no joy.
