There's definitely a problem that does not occur with other distros; even Puppies and Puppy-like.

what these connectors are for on the GPU
They're for connection of a crossfire (AMD's SLI implementation) cable for using two GPUs as one.

I solved this by remastering the iso with pmedia=usbflash instead of pmedia=cd .

Thanks. For those who wish to use WireGuard, I've posted a kernel that allows this: viewtopic.php?f=146&t=1004 . I use that with Windscribe with no problem.

Trackpad Natural Scrolling
Using a similar method to one I used with EasyOS, I changed the trackpad scrolling direction in Fossapup by editing:
~/.config/psynclient.conf
~/.config/psynclient.conf
changed toVertScrollDelta=100
HorizScrollDelta=100
VertScrollDelta=-100
HorizScrollDelta=-100
