low latency is more than adequate in most cases. i will build an rt at some point, not second nature, but i have done before...
i didn't notice anything ubuntu specific in the script, will the same or similar work with sid?

thanks fredx181 forgot to confirm before that yes, manual install to UEFI USB works as expected. once i exit out of refind, grub.config arrives. i also used from there the copy2ram line, all good. as a long time puppy/debian user i am still trying to understand where exactly i am in the middle here ...

Hi. Thanks so much for this! I can't believe i haven't tried dogs sooner. such a joy. so, I've installed on two UEFI machines. after some confusion with refind menu entries vs scan_for_dir options they are both happily booting from their own folders alongside puppies... all seems mostly solid. done ...

hi all, new member, old lurker... this obsession with postponing the fate of these unwanted items, countering planned obsolescence. this is how i found/fell in love with puppy. i literally found two desktop towers on the side of a backroad, it had only been raining a little... ;) they were core2 era...
