I already did that,but with nopae kernel
my lappi works better,faster and no heat
and working all the time fans.

I use the same Dpup Stretch (but I used the Jul 2019 version). I used the legacy version with 4.1 kernel without PAE (all PAE does in 512MB machine is to eat memory and makes it run hotter). Now the sound works,but when the video finishes and i close parole next time i had to do the same again. For sure i am doing something wrong. @gosh Based on screenshots, parole was working nicely. It seems a sound card thing. Did you try to play around on Output Device tab on pavucontrol. Did you also try other media player such as Gnome player? Hello again I did play with pavucontrol and finaly found a solution,but have no idea why this...

I still can play with sound in portable seamonkey
so may be some strange reason with my sound card.

The funny thing is that i can play them in seamonkey portable
with sound, but in parole not.

on my old lappi SM looks a little bit snappier
than palemoon so i think to replace it.

I am using SeaMonkey 2.53.5.1 with 'Dpup Stretch' .
I can play video,but no audio.
Does someone else has the same problem or i am doing something wrong ?
Palemoon works well.

I am new to puppylinux.
So far so good with one exception.
