If you want to see something run FAST, put an NVME module in a USB3 enclosure and use it as an external hard drive.

Got the NVME to USB adapter and tested the speed, on USB 3 port it got about 437MB/s, compared with mouldy's internal NVME at 376.

mouldy Your Dell 3120 shows it has a Intel N2840 dual core. Passmark v9=970. It's about on par with my Lenovo 100s-ibr that has the Intel N3050 dual core. Passmark v9=874.
