Lo que yo haría en tu lugar es utilizar Emacs para esa tarea. Ciertamente Emacs no es para todo el mundo, quizá un poco engorroso al principio, pero es muy versátil. Puedes complementarlo con el modulo que te parezca más apropiado, como eclim por ejemplo.

Try only having one kernel sfs, the kernel sources sfs loaded and not load the kernel headers sfs. If no affect.
