Hello Sofiya . The opening wallpaper is beautiful when booting ISO file on the test PC, bare-metal. But, I am asking: Is there a way to get a screenshot when on the initial desktop in bare-metal? I tried "PrtScrn key" but nothing emerges. Has ANYONE else having a problem booting the ISO fi...

Re: How to transfer files from PC to PC wirelessly ?

If all LAN devices, wire and wireless, are on the same subnet, files exchanges are easy. SAMBA serving folder(s) has been doing this thruout this CENTURY. Subnett can be managed via your router so that your devices, wired/wireless units, are on the same subnet; thus they see each other and is all th...

Hello Michele31415 OK, I want to back-track a bit with you. I do not have BionicPUP64. IIRC it is rather dated LTS. Further, the back-track will help both of us to solve. I do have 2 newer 'Ubuntu' flavor Forum distros ISO files that are built on its 2020 LTS presently on my test PCs; namely FossaPU...

I never really understood this WAR on systemD. There is an apparent hatred that I cant get my head around. It is not perfect, but so is what is currently used. Debian works either way, correct? Yes, there are advancements that Ubuntu has as it continues its marches with stable LTSs. And they do have...

Re: Information on NoblePup64 Alpha Development

The Noble has already been recommended here.

It is requested to be a community edition (CE) Pup. I agree that efforts toward such occurs.

Would be nice to join in there and contribute for a future 64bit there to get things moving on this LTS PUP distro.

Hello Chelsea80 Thanks for that info. We will not be opening a Internet browser to make your XP PC unsafe via that vehicle. So for what you will do, that pathway cannot be exploited. Now, can you run an ethernet wire to your router from the XP PC? If so, this make everything too simple for you. Do y...

@wizard Try your Ventoy USB booting the ISO. If it boots, let me know, I think I might not this. Further, if it stops at GRUB, run debugsave and post so that @dimkr or peebee can address the WoofCE resolution. Lastly if it stops at a point where the desktop should emerge, post that as well.
