I'm thinking a 4GB of SWAP might enhance the performance? Perhaps not?
If a swap file might make Fossapup a bit snazzier, then which drive (ed) is best suited for a swap file?

I found a whole series of drivers for the HP OfficeJet 4650 series in the modification window.
I tried "HP Officejet 4650 Series, hpcups 3.18.6 thinking that is the number of the hplip that worked when the printer was working.

I decided to remove Firefox 115.0.2 and re-install Firefox 115.0.2 and try Mike's method again.

The flash drive is a 3.0 drive.
The machine has 2.0 and 3.0 USB ports.
The hard drive is a mechanical sata.

I left a bit of space (5GBs) at the head of the sata drive.
