Just tried the PET with LXSCPup64. No it does not appear to work.
In the past I used pupmtp, but my current Android device does not seem to connect with it, so I installed Filezilla on the Android phone and PureFTPd on any Puppy to move files off the phone - mostly photos.
I havent tried it but Utility --> Pupsavebackup will backup you pupsave folder which you can move (copy/paste) to another location, and then the bootloader might pick it up as an additional pupsave....maybe....

Puppy Linux is such a great platform for all kinds of projects so its worth persisting if there are leads to go on.
Well for those who are running later puppies, the appimage version found here seems to load and run OK in LXPupSC64.

It seems to work fine in LXSC64 also.
Distro: LxPupSc64 19.09
Desktop Panel: lxpanel 0.10.0
Window Manager: Openbox 3.6.1
Desktop Start: xwin startlxde
Im not sure what you are trying to do. More details wouldhelp.
Is there an existing Windows installation on your computer, or is it a blank or unformatted HDD?
What puupy OS and what install process are you attempting ?
