If you want to be able to view and edit a .webp image, best thing to do is recompile the very latest mtPaint 3.50.05 from source, making sure to configure for webp support. I have done that. The .PET is here:-

I decided to take a closer look at Zathura. You don't say what Puppy you are running, but testing in Radky's Dpup Stretch I booted fresh with no save file and then installed zathura and zathura-djvu via PPM. My test .djvu file then displays OK in Zathura.

I have been using Google Earth 7.0.3.8542 for quite some time in my Dpup Wheezy but now it has stopped connecting to the server.
Perhaps they have ended support for this version?
The Google Earth Pro which I have running in Dpup Stretch is still connecting.
