Re: KLA Manjaro JWM
The problem of not saving the configuration of xrandr is that it is not launching the .desktop files located in /root/.config/autostart.
I'm going to have to do an update.
Thanks @Amol and @JusGellin for the tests.

Simple Window Manager Switcher Script
Hello everyone! I want to share a script that was originally created by 01micko , and I have only updated it for the KL environment. This script allows you to easily switch between different window managers (WM) in Linux. The switcher uses the /root/.xsession file to determine which desktop ...

Re: KLA Manjaro JWM UPDATE
Update for JWM : a second window manager has been added, which I use quite a bit, and it is BSPWM. Switching from JWM to BSPWM is simple, and if you install another desktop environment, you can also do it from the GUI wmswitcher. Additionally, the errors that occurred during updates have been fixed ...

Re: KLA Manjaro JWM
@josejp2424 I was getting myself familiar with pacman by trying an installation of qemu virt-manager. When I did this it gave the below information about breaking dependencies. I looked up how to resolve this and didn't find anything that really helped much. I did an update first on it - pacman ...

flSynclient
JusGellin The instructions I gave you won't work because when restarting the system, the copies of the main SFS are not like Puppy Linux. /etc/xdg/autostart/flSynclient.desktop What could be done is to find the line Exec=flsynclient -s and leave it like this: Exec= without the command.

Re: KLA Manjaro JWM
@josejp2424 I hooked up a USB mouse to the laptop. Right click works like it should on this operating system. Hi JusGellin . I think the problem is flSynclient. I've always liked that program, but I think it's what's causing the issues. Could you try removing it? rm /root/.flSynclient rm /etc/xdg ...

I'm happy to be able to make the current KLA Manjaro JWM and KLA Manjaro LXDE threads sticky. I encourage all new distro types to always be revised with first post ...

These are simple scripts in YAD, so you can test them and use them on any system. They are designed for use in KL Arch, but I don’t see why they couldn’t be used in KL Void as well. Re: What is QEMU-GUI?
hello @JusGellin and @josejp2424 I seem to remember that " qemu_gui " is in every WoofCE PUP for several years; including this from BKWP64 v1008s. This utilty preceeds any added installation of QEMU to the running system. To my knowledge, no developer has included the full QEMU packaging OOTB in ...

Re: What is QEMU-GUI?
@josejp2424 Thanks for the great explanation for this. I didn't realize the kvm part would make it directly access the hardware. I've really enjoyed using virt-manager for doing this. Sometimes I'm running 2 or 3 vms to compare them. Is the QEMU-GUI similar? I'll dig into trying it out. I was ...

Re: What is QEMU-GUI?
The QEMU-GUI included in KLA-Manjaro is essentially a graphical front-end for managing QEMU, which is a powerful virtualization tool. This GUI makes it easier to run and manage virtual machines (VMs) by providing a user-friendly interface to configure and start VMs. You can select options like how ...
