Are you using Bionicpup32 8.0 or Fossapup64 9.5??????

First run Quickpet->Info->Fossapup updates to make sure you have the latest fixes.
Reboot and save so all the changes are now being used.

Quickpet->Useful->Devx
You should be seeing the devx sfs
Also the kernel sources sfs
.

i want to install nvidia driver for Fossapup64 with getnvidia

Quickpet->Drivers has some Nvidia drivers already for install.

Those should work for a lot of Nvidia hardware.

What specific Nvidia driver do you want to compile using Getnvidia?
What is the Nvidia hardware?

If it is very old Nvidia hardware and is not supported by one of these drivers.
You may not be able to compile some of the really old Nvidia drivers.
Series 2 or older drivers, try to use stuff that is not in Fossapup64 or stuff is too new a version to run the compiling.

I will assume you have a install that gives you a save icon on the desktop.
So, you are running in pupmode 13.
That mode will always have a auto save set time or never auto save option.

To get save instantly. You need to change the pupmode being used.
Whatever you are booting from for install.
On it will be a boot loader config file.
Syslinux.cfg
Grub.cfg
Isolinux.cfg
menu.lst
ETc.....

I will do some guessing and you are booting from a USB install.
I will guess it is probably using Grub.cfg

Open this file in a text editor.
Find the entry that you use to boot with.
Change pmedia= to pmedia=atahd or usbhd
Save change.
Reboot.

That should make it run in pupmode 12, which will save instantly.

menu->System->Puppy Event Manager->Save Session
This will tell you what pupmode you are running in and some info.

By those images you are running LxPupsc
It has several versions and kernels that where used.

menu->System->Pup-Sysinfo->Sys-Specs->
Distro Specs ->will tell you which version it is. Get the devx sfs for that version.
Kernel ->will tell you which kernel is being used. Get the kernel sources sfs for that specific kernel.
