I seem to remember Lucid Pup also had this capability, and maybe even Bionic (even fossapup64_9.5?). If you have a puppy 4 series and you can boot it, it seems like you would be able to do it from there. If not, one of these others would probably do the job. i know i had 2 discs floating around ...
